The Story of Villa Felipe

Villa Felipe was created with one simple idea: to create a place where you can slow down, feel at home and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

Every choice, from the architecture and interiors to the atmosphere we wanted to create, was made with a love for beautiful, considered spaces. Rather than simply being a place to stay, Villa Felipe is an invitation to live a little differently: slowly, comfortably and surrounded by the things that matter.

Today, Villa Felipe is a private retreat designed to be shared. A place for long mornings, leisurely afternoons, memorable dinners and the kind of moments that stay with you long after you leave…

A House Full of Memories…

The story of Villa Felipe began long before 2000, when a family from Flanders, Belgium, discovered this special home and acquired it from its previous German owner. Over the years, the villa was carefully renovated and renewed, little by little, always with the same intention: to preserve the original structure, character and soul of the house.

For more than 26 years, Villa Felipe has been part of our family. It has been the backdrop to countless summers, long lunches, celebrations and quiet moments together. We watched our children grow up here, spending a significant part of each year surrounded by the warmth and freedom of this place. And today, one of the greatest joys is seeing our grandchildren discover the villa for themselves and fall in love with it just as we did.

Some of our most treasured memories were made within these walls. We celebrated milestones, shared countless meals around the table, welcomed generations of family and friends, and even had the privilege of celebrating the wedding of our beloved son and daughter-in-law here.

Villa Felipe has never simply been a house to us. It has been a constant through generations, a place filled with laughter, love and memories. And now, after all these years, we are opening its doors to others, hoping that those who stay here will create memories of their own and experience even a little of what makes this place so special to us.
